1. Data we collect

• Identity and contact data, such as name, email, phone number and company name.
• Project data, messages, proposals, files, approvals and support history.
• Transaction data, such as amount, currency, date, payment status and project or quote number.
• Technical data necessary for security and operation, such as IP address, device and access logs where provided by our service providers.

2. Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. AmeerTrc does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention data under its own privacy policy.

3. Why we use data

• Prepare quotes and perform contracts.
• Deliver projects, communicate and provide support.
• Process payments, refunds, accounting and tax obligations.
• Prevent fraud, protect systems and resolve disputes.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the activity, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, or consent where required, in accordance with Brazil's LGPD.

5. Sharing and international transfers

Data is shared only as necessary with payment, hosting, email, communications, infrastructure and professional service providers, or with authorities when legally required. Some providers may process data in other countries using contractual and security safeguards.

6. Retention

Data is kept only for the time needed to provide services, maintain records, comply with tax or legal duties, prevent fraud and handle disputes. It is then deleted or anonymized when reasonably possible.

7. Your rights

Subject to the LGPD and other applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability where applicable, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent, or deletion of data processed on consent. Some records may be retained when required by law or for legal claims.

8. Cookies and third parties

The portfolio does not intentionally use advertising cookies. External services opened from the site, including Stripe, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Play and other providers, apply their own privacy and cookie policies.

9. Security and minors

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Services are directed to adults and businesses and are not intentionally offered to children.
