Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to software development services purchased from Ameer Mustafa under the AmeerTrc brand. Project-specific written terms may supplement this policy, but mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
1. Before work begins
If the client cancels before work begins, amounts paid will be refunded unless a lawful, clearly disclosed project-specific commitment applies. If AmeerTrc cancels before work begins, amounts paid for undelivered work will be refunded.
2. After work begins
Refunds are assessed according to work completed, approved milestones, delivered materials and non-recoverable third-party costs that the client previously authorized. Any refundable balance relates to the undelivered portion of the agreed scope.
3. Completed or accepted work
Completed and accepted custom work is generally not refundable merely because the client changes their mind. This does not limit rights relating to defects, non-conformity, failure to deliver or other mandatory legal protections.
4. Online consumer cancellation
For Brazilian consumers, where applicable, the statutory right of withdrawal for contracts made online is respected within the period required by law. Any mandatory right under the Consumer Defense Code or other applicable law overrides conflicting project terms.
5. How to request cancellation or refund
- Email Ameertrc@gmail.com.
- Include your name, payment email, project or quote number, payment date and reason.
- Do not send full card details or security codes.
6. Review and payment method
AmeerTrc will confirm receipt and may request information needed to identify the transaction and work completed. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. The receiving time depends on the card issuer or bank.
7. Duplicate, mistaken or unidentified payments
Contact AmeerTrc promptly about duplicate, incorrect or unidentified payments. Payments with no valid project or service relationship may be refunded after verification. Never use the payment page for personal transfers or payments on behalf of another seller.
8. Disputes
Please contact AmeerTrc first so the issue can be investigated and resolved. This does not remove any right to contact the card issuer or consumer authority.
