Terms of Service

1. Services

AmeerTrc designs and develops websites, web applications, mobile applications and related software consulting, implementation and support services.

2. Forming a project agreement

A project begins only after the client accepts a written proposal, quote, statement of work or equivalent written confirmation. It must identify the deliverables, price, payment schedule and expected timeline.

3. Project or quote identification

Every payment must relate to a genuine AmeerTrc service and include the project or quote number supplied to the client. Payments without a valid commercial purpose, personal transfers, donations, tips unrelated to a delivered service, and funds collected for third parties are not accepted and may be refunded.

4. Prices and payments

• Prices, currency, milestones and due dates are defined in the accepted proposal.
• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; AmeerTrc does not store complete card numbers.
• The payer confirms that they are authorized to use the payment method and that the payment is for the identified project.

5. Delivery and client responsibilities

Delivery dates depend on timely access, content, approvals and feedback from the client. Delays caused by missing client materials may extend the schedule. Digital delivery may include a published website, repository access, build, application package or another method stated in the proposal.

6. Revisions and scope changes

Included revisions are those stated in the proposal. New features, substantial design changes or work outside the agreed scope may require a new quote and timeline.

7. Intellectual property

Unless the proposal states otherwise, project-specific deliverables transfer to the client after full payment. AmeerTrc retains rights in pre-existing tools, reusable components and know-how. Third-party software, fonts, images and services remain subject to their own licenses.

8. Lawful and acceptable use

Clients must not request or use services for illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive or Stripe-prohibited activities. AmeerTrc may refuse or stop work that creates legal, security, payment-network or platform-policy risk.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy and any project-specific written agreement. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.

10. Warranty and liability

AmeerTrc will perform services with reasonable professional care. Except where prohibited by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected project. AmeerTrc is not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party hosting, app stores, payment providers, APIs or client-controlled accounts.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Consumer protections and any mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
